Egbert is software infrastructure for strategy evaluation, paper pilots, deployment workflows, and operating-state analytics. These starter terms remain subject to legal review.

Access and acceptable use

Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or revoked to protect the product, users, connected venues, and the operating environment.

A demo or pilot request does not guarantee access.
Feature availability can vary by account, venue, jurisdiction, and pilot scope.
Users may not misuse the service, interfere with security, or submit unlawful content or instructions.

Disclaimers and liability

Egbert is provided as software infrastructure. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, investment adviser, or guarantee of trading performance.

Users remain responsible for connected brokerage or venue accounts and compliance obligations.
Backtests, simulations, and paper-trading outputs are informational and not guarantees of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited and warranties are disclaimed.
