Egbert stores the minimum data needed to respond to demo requests, support pilot onboarding, operate the product, and monitor system health. This draft remains subject to legal review.

What we collect

We may collect names, work email addresses, firm names, roles, AUM ranges, deployment interests, product usage events, technical logs, and support correspondence.

  • Demo and pilot requests are used to qualify fit and respond to the requester.
  • Operational logs are retained for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and auditability.
  • Broker credentials, if ever collected for an approved deployment, are encrypted server-side before storage.

How we use data

We use collected data to provide the product, support pilots, communicate with firms, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, and improve reliability.
